1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Chittagong: 1–2 business days
• Outside Chittagong: 2–3 business days
  Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location.

• Inside Chittagong: ৳60–৳80
• Outside Chittagong: ৳130–৳150 
  The exact delivery charge will be confirmed before order dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer full Cash on Delivery (COD).
You only pay when you receive your parcel from the delivery person.

6. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, our team may contact you via phone or message to confirm your order details before shipment.

7. Delivery Attempt
Our courier partner will attempt delivery at your provided address. Please ensure your phone number is active. If the delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Parcel Inspection
Customers are requested to check the parcel in front of the delivery person before accepting it, according to our Return & Refund Policy.
