Thank you for shopping at Najraan. We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for your convenience. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Full Cash on Delivery is available for all orders.

You only pay when you receive your parcel from the delivery person.

2. Customer Inspection at Delivery:

Customers must check the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

Once you accept and receive the parcel, it becomes your responsibility.

Returns for Low Quality or Other Issues:

If, after receiving the parcel, you discover that the product is of low quality, defective, damaged, or has any other issues, you may return it instantly.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery charge only.
