Exchange Policy
NAJRAAN Exchange Policy
At Najraan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent exchange process. Please review the policy below.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

Product size does not fit

Wrong item delivered

Product has a manufacturing defect

Product is damaged during delivery
Customers must request an exchange at the time of delivery or within a short period after receiving the product.
2. Exchange Time Frame
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Condition for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

Product must be unused and unworn

Tags and packaging must remain intact

Product must be in original condition

No perfume, stains, or damage by customer
Najraan reserves the right to deny exchange if these conditions are not met.
4. Exchange Process

Contact our support team with your order details

Provide reason for exchange

Our team will arrange pickup or provide instructions

Replacement product will be shipped after confirmation
5. Exchange Charges

If the issue is from our side (wrong product / defect), exchange delivery is free

If the exchange is requested for size change or preference, customer must pay delivery charge
6. Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, exchanges are processed as product replacement only. No cash refund will be provided for exchange requests.
7. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Discounted or clearance products

Used or washed items
-
Products without original packaging

Items damaged after delivery
